Dr. Jessica Kinsey
Dr. Jessica Kinsey is a 2008 graduate of the Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine; she considers herself a proud Spartan. While she is originally native to the Northeastern Ohio countryside, she practiced in North Carolina, Arizona, Virginia, and New York prior to completing her surgical residency at Hope Veterinary Specialists in suburban Philadelphia. Before joining Mount Laurel Animal Hospital, Dr. Kinsey worked in private practice in Northeast Pennsylvania.
Dr. Kinsey enjoys all aspects of veterinary surgery, however, her specific interests include hepatic vascular anomalies, hepatobiliary surgery, surgical oncology, fracture repair, neurosurgery, and polytrauma/peri-operative management of critical cases. She has authored publications describing developmental bone disease, osteomyelitis, talar fracture repair, congenital urogenital deformities, and massive hepatocellular neoplasia.
In her free time, Dr. Kinsey enjoys international travel, veterinary missions, painting, home improvement, hiking, kayaking, and spending time with friends and family. She and her husband Carmen share their home with four of the coolest pets ever – Bullwinkle (a French Mastiff), Gremlin (a Shorkie), Sir Tully (a Persian), and Laser Kittenface (a DSH).
