Dr. Patrick Kelly

Dr. Patrick Kelly earned his Doctorate of Veterinariae Medicinae Doctoris from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. Animal care has been a huge part of Dr. Kelly’s life beginning at a very young age when he spent time going on farm calls with his uncle. His brother is also a veterinarian along with 15 of his family members - so entering the field was only natural! He says, "One of the reasons I love being a Veterinarian is the constant problem solving and trying to figure out what is going on with the pet and how to make them better. It is so satisfying when you have a mysterious case that you figure out what is wrong and make the animal better. Even better than that is telling the owner that their pet is going to be ok and helping them re-establish their human animal bond.
His professional interests include soft tissue surgery, ophthalmic emergencies, polytrauma and ultrasound. He is a proud member of the AVMA, PVMA, VECCS.
He shares his home with his wife Bobbi, two daughters, Mary Jane and Alice as well as three dogs: Lucy, Charlie and Peanut. In his spare time he enjoys cooking, brewing beer, running and spending time with his family.
