Dr. Kate Wilson

Growing up in Michigan, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, Mexico, and Argentina, Dr. Kate Wilson volunteered wherever she could interact with animals, further growing and showing her passion to pursue a career working with animals!

Dr. Wilson graduated from the University of Dayton in 2011 with a degree in Biology before attending veterinary school at Michigan State University where she graduated in 2022. Before attending veterinary school, Dr. Kate Wilson volunteered at a bird sanctuary, horse boarding stables, a wildlife rehabilitation center, and also shadowed at a small animal primary care clinic. Dr. Wilson’s love for animals motivated her to become a veterinarian! Dr. Wilson wanted a job where she would always be learning, doing new things, and helping people. Becoming a veterinarian was a perfect match!

Dr. Wilson is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and is professionally interested in small animal emergency medicine. Dr. Wilson shares her home with Orwell, a Shiba Inu. In her free time, Dr. Wilson enjoys reading, hiking, cooking, and watching movies.
