Dr. Amanda Joslin
Dr. Amanda Joslin graduated from veterinary school at Oklahoma State University in 2013. After veterinary school, She completed a rotating medicine/surgery internship and a specialty ophthalmology internship at the Animal Medical Center in New York City. Following her internship, she successfully completed a three year ophthalmology residency at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York to become a diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists in 2018.
Dr. Joslin was inspired by her father, David Heller, who thrived in the field for so long as owner of Maple Shade Animal Hospital. She says "I decided to specialize in ophthalmology so I could help relieve the fear and discomfort for animals experiencing eye issues and blindness and work hard to restore vision whenever possible."
She currently lives in Mount Laurel with her husband, their daughter and 2 dogs: a Labrador retriever and a Maltese mix.
