Dr. Jessica Kielb (Basile), DVM, DACVECC, graduated from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 2015. Dr. Kielb completed a rotating internship at Blue Pearl Veterinary Specialists in Northfield, IL in 2016 followed by an Emergency and Critical Care residency at North Caroline State University which she completed in 2019. She moved to the Philadelphia area in 2019 and has been a Criticalist at BluePearl Pet Hospital in Levittown PA since then.

During her tenure at BluePearl, she also served as Department Head of ICU and Internship Program Director. Outside of work, she enjoys running, attending concerts, reading, and cheering on the Birds along with the rest of us who bleed green!
