Evening Under the Stars – a benefit for abused animals

In 2015, when a poor abused dog was found in Camden, NJ in a garbage dump, NJ Aid for Animals saved her life. She was in very bad shape when we took her to Mount Laurel Animal Hospital but after months of visits and bandage changes to her open wounds, she recovered and is alive and well today.

With the donations NJ Aid for Animals received, we decided to continue the work of helping abused animals and started a medical fund called “The Sweet Pea Fund”. This fund has helped many other abused animals since then. We started hosting an event once a year specifically for this fund.

Our proud sponsors include: Merck Animal Health, ELANCO, Mount Laurel Animal Hospital, Albert V. Jaskol Agency, Inc. and The Lily Inn.

Honorary Chairwoman is Carol Erickson.
