About Dr. Krick
Dr. Erika Krick, VMD, DACVIM received her VMD from Penn Vet in 2002. She became board-certified in medical oncology after completing an internship in small animal medicine and surgery and a residency in small animal medical oncology at Penn Vet. She earned her BA in Biology from Swarthmore College. Dr. Krick is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Association, the South Jersey Veterinary Medical Association, and the Veterinary Cancer Society. She was on faculty at Penn Vet as Assistant Professor of Oncology from 2009 to 2017 and is thrilled to be working at Mount Laurel Animal Hospital full time.
Dr. Krick’s clinical specialties include medical oncology and palliative care. Her areas of research include feline oncology, canine and feline lymphoma, canine mast cell tumors, and cancer cachexia.
Outside of her profession, Dr. Krick enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, baking and practicing yoga. She has 1 cat (Michael).
