Cooperative Care Happy Visits

Cooperative Care Happy Visits are individualized sessions designed to help pets feel more comfortable and confident with handling and veterinary care. Our behavioral technicians work with you and your pet to develop a plan based on their specific needs, triggers, and goals.

Using gentle, reward-based techniques, we help pets build positive experiences with handling for routine and non-routine care, including physical examinations, vaccinations, and preparation for sedation.

Sessions are led by two behavior technicians and typically last 20–25 minutes.

Pricing

• Single session: $50
• Package of 4: $180 ($45/session)
• Package of 8: $320 ($40/session)

Behavior Modification Sessions

Behavior modification sessions are designed to help you put the behavioral recommendations from your pet’s treatment plan into practice.

Sessions are led by our behavior trainer and focus on teaching practical skills, management strategies, and techniques tailored to your pet’s individual needs.

Sessions can be scheduled according to your progress, allowing time between appointments to practice and reinforce new skills.

Mobile appointments are available.
An additional travel fee applies to in-home sessions.

Training Classes

Our training classes provide additional opportunities to develop specific skills in a supportive environment. Class offerings may include:

Walking Skills

For dogs who struggle with leash walking around other dogs, people, or environmental distractions. This five-session class focuses on foundational skills and counter-conditioning, while also teaching owners the skills they need to support their dogs. These skills are then practiced in real-world settings.

• $650 for 5 sessions

Relaxation

A virtual class designed to help dogs develop relaxation skills and teach owners how to incorporate relaxation techniques into everyday life. The class meets twice weekly for 30-minute Zoom sessions and includes guided practice and exercises.

• $650 for 10 sessions

Cooperative Care Class

For dogs of all ages who struggle with handling, nail trims, veterinary visits, or other routine care. This five-session class focuses on teaching dogs to comfortably participate in handling while helping owners learn to recognize body language and support their dog’s comfort.
