Dr. Sleeper performed surgery on my 1st cat, Priscilla’s eye in 2003. I was a brand-new pet owner, and he was amazing. Not only was he caring and kind, but he was extremely generous and only charged me for the medication because he knew I rescued Priscilla specifically because she had special needs.
