Dr. Jenna Stefkovic
Jenna Stefkovic, VMD is a full-time ER intern at Mount Laurel Animal Hospital. She grew up in Horsham, PA, and possesses extensive volunteer and work experience in animal care and handling.
Before joining Mount Laurel Animal Hospital, Dr. Stefkovic worked as a veterinary technician, student research assistant, receptionist, kennel technician, shadowed surgery, and completed an animal care internship at Plumpton Park Zoo. Additionally, she volunteered at AARK Wildlife Rehabilitation Center, Forgotten Cats Inc. Spay/Neuter Clinic and kitten foster, and Loop Abroad Veterinary Service Study Abroad to Thailand!
Dr. Stefkovic graduated from the University of Delaware in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Veterinary Medicine & Animal Biosciences, and a Minor in Biology. She also graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors. From undergraduate, Dr. Stefkovic went on to graduate from the University of Pennsylvania in May 2023. She is a member of the Veterinary Business Management Association, and her professional interests include geriatric feline medicine and dermatology.
Outside of working in veterinary medicine, she enjoys spending time playing tennis, hiking, cooking, gardening, and reading. Dr. Stefkovic and her husband share their home with Violet, a 4-year-old German Shepherd, Migo, a 5-year-old orange tabby DSH, Millie, a 7-year-old tuxedo DSH, and Pesto, a 2-year-old veiled chameleon.
