The New Jersey Veterinary Medical Association (NJVMA) was founded in 1884. NJVMA is the preeminent trusted authority on, and indispensable source for, education, information, and resources for the veterinary community in New Jersey. NJVMA is a voluntary membership association that leads the veterinary community by providing superior continuing education, effective legislative and regulatory advocacy, and indispensable services that enable members to care for their patients, clients, staff, and themselves.
The objectives of the NJVMA are the following!
- Advocacy – Actively promoting the value of the veterinary profession to the public, association members, government entities and other stakeholders.
- Member Engagement – Enhancing two-way communication between members and the association and increasing member involvement in the NJVMA.
- Member Wellbeing – Enhancing member career satisfaction and personal wellbeing.
