Dr. Michelle Rupp

Dr. Michelle Rupp earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. As a high school student, Dr. Rupp developed a passion for science and a love for animal well-being during her time volunteering at both human and animal hospitals. This passion lead her to obtain her undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University prior to becoming a veterinarian. Developing strong, collaborative bonds with clients and earning the trust of her patients is what Dr. Rupp finds most enjoyable about the profession. She has a special place in her heart for geriatric patients, and takes pride with helping them live out their remaining years as comfortably as possible.

Dr. Rupp has special interest in acupuncture and rehabilitative medicine and is a proud member of the International Veterinary Academy of Pain Management, the American Veterinary Medical Association, The American Academy of Veterinary Acupuncture and the American Association of Rehabilitation Veterinarians.

She shares her home with her husband Peter, daughter Emily and 4 pets, Bella, Grady, Dori and Mimi. In her spare time she enjoys knitting, audiobooks, crochet, quilting and is an advocate for those with special needs.
